I know yoga is your career and that you understand the meaning and impact of what you do but I still want to let you know the contribution you have made to my life. Meeting you and benefiting from your teaching has added a great deal of value to my life – it has truly enhanced my physical and mental wellbeing. Since attending your classes I have been relieved of pain that I have lived with for years and sessions with you have been an important reprieve from the busyness of my daily life and have provided me the opportunity to get grounded and present and be mindful of how I want to be at work and in my personal life.
