Change your life with healthy boundaries

Recently I’ve taken the time to research what healthy professional and personal boundaries look like, and over the years I realize how healthy boundaries have changed my relationships for the better. Relationship with others, with the world, with students, family, and most importantly myself. Take the time to consider where you may appreciate some boundaries in your life, and experience the shift. It may e uncomfortable at first, but the rewards are greater than the effort, usually
